3 Adults, Child Hospitalized After Car Crashes Into School Bus In Westchester

Three adults and a child were taken to a hospital after a car struck a school bus in Westchester.

The crash happened in the area of 317 South Broadway in Yonkers.

The incident happened on Tuesday, May 14 around 3:30 p.m., when a sedan struck a school bus in the area of 317 South Broadway (Route 9) in Yonkers, according to Yonkers Police Detective Sergeant Frank DiDomizio. 

The bus had been carrying two adults and a child who were all hospitalized with minor injuries. 

Meanwhile, the sedan's driver was also taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. They received a traffic summons for driving on the wrong side of the road, DiDomizio said. 

No criminal charges have been filed in connection to the crash.
